Job Description

You should possess a comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of civil construction activities. Your quantity take-off should be backed by measurement sheets and hand sketches. Proficiency in spreadsheet/Microsoft Excel functions and AutoCAD drawing files is essential. You must be able to prepare rate analysis for civil construction items, along with costing and tender submissions. Experience in reconciliation of cement, steel, and other free supply material is required. Strong knowledge of various thumb rules and ratios for civil construction items like cement consumption and reinforcement consumption is expected.
