Job Description

As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Business Banking Data Analytics team, you will lead data transformation and automation efforts, enhancing reporting structures and implementing innovative solutions. You will manage a team, collaborate across departments, and drive AI/ML adoption.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and analyze problems in current reporting structures, providing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting suite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build utilities for various departments.
Oversee data migration and integration using cloud technologies like Snowflake and AWS.
Drive AI/ML solutions to improve data analytics capabilities.
Mentor and manage a team of 2-3 members, fostering innovation and improvement.
Report to senior leadership on progress and challenges in data transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field with over 10 years of experience in data transformation.
Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud technologies, including Snowflake and AWS.
Experience in handling large datasets and optimizing SQL scripts.
Ability to build sustainable utilities across teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of effective solutions.
Strong leadership qualities with team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience with Python and other programming languages in data analytics.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
Experience in a senior leadership role within financial services.
Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and Large Language Models.
Advanced degree in Data Science or related field.
Certification in cloud technologies or data analytics.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
