Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and audits. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Conduct training sessions on quality tools and techniques for team members. Analyze data to track performance metrics and make recommendations for process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre). Strong understanding of QC Tools, 7QC, Team Leading, and Quality Management principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to train others effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
