Quality Manager(Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our plant’s quality function. The role will ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement through strong systems, controls, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement & maintain Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent)

-Manage incoming, in-process & final inspection

-Drive root cause analysis & corrective actions (CAPA)

-Reduce in-house rejections, customer complaints & warranty returns

-Handle customer audits, documentation, control plans & PPAP

-Lead & train the QC/QA team; ensure discipline on shop floor

-Work closely with Production & Purchase for supplier and process improvements

Key Skills:

-Strong knowledge of QMS, SPC, 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, PPAP, control plans

-Hands-on with measuring instruments

-Good communication, reporting & leadership skills

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quality manager: 5 years (Required)
• manufacturing company: 3 years (Required)
• QMS,SPC,8D: 1 year (Required)
