QUALITY MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and manage our Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products and processes meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards.
• Conduct and manage internal and external audits, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Lead and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis for product or process issues.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage documentation as per industry standards.
• Supervise and mentor the QA/QC team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Manage customer complaints by coordinating investigations and implementing effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier quality, and assist in conducting supplier audits.
• Prepare and present quality reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications like Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor preferred).
• 6 to 12 years of proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior QA/QC role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, QMS tools, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality tools/software such as Minitab, SAP, or other QMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
