Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Quality Manager - Solar EPC. The responsibilities include overseeing the quality assurance processes, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards for solar energy systems. The Quality Manager will collaborate with teams to inspect materials and installations, track systems’ performance, and address any deviations or defects during project execution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and compliance with industry standards related to solar EPC projects
• Knowledge of Installation and Commissioning processes and ability to ensure adherence to quality protocols
• Proficiency in Inspection and Testing of solar systems and components
• Strong skills in Team Collaboration and Management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications or training in quality management or solar systems are an advantage
• Prior experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector preferred
