Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage quality control operations for safe, effective healthcare delivery. Oversee quality assurance across clinical and non-clinical areas, ensuring compliance with NABH, JCI, and relevant standards. Supervise laboratory processes to meet quality and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain quality management systems (QMS). Regularly review performance data and recommend improvements. Develop and manage reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions. Prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation and processes are ready.
