Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee the quality control and assurance processes in our packaging manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet required standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
• Monitor product quality at every stage of production.
• Handle customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory standards.
• Train and supervise the quality team on inspection and testing processes.
• Coordinate with production, design, and maintenance teams to ensure quality goals are met.
• Maintain documentation and records for audits and certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and quality metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing setup.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, inspection processes, and quality tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
