Quality Manager

Role Overview: As a quality control manager, your primary responsibility will be to determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications. You will play a crucial role in assessing customer requirements to ensure they are met, setting customer service standards, and specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. Furthermore, you will be tasked with investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety, ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with national and international standards. Key Responsibilities: - Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems - Write management and technical reports, as well as customer charters - Encourage change and improvement in performance and quality - Direct objectives to maximize profitability - Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information - Carry out and monitor testing and inspection of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards - Monitor performance - Supervise technical or laboratory staff Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in quality control management or a related field - Strong understanding of quality procedures and standards - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred,
