1. IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP & Handle /Satisfy Manufacturing site assessment audit by customers 2. Lead Quality Assurance & other allied departments for Compliance IATF -16949 Audits & Customer Audits. 3. Familiar with IATF 16949 Requirements & have handled the MR Position. 4. Able to fulfill/Prepare IATF 16949 Documents. 5. Able to Understand IATF 16949 Standard, Procedure & Manual. 6. Correction/Modification on IATF 16949 Procedure, Manual & Further Documents to Close NC after Audit. 7. Knowledge on QC Tools for handling Customer Complaints effectively. 8. Depth Knowledge of Quality Systems in the Automotive Industry. 9. Develop, Implement & Manage the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 & Customer needs. 10. Knowledge on Auto OEM's Customer Specific Requirements 11. Provide Training & Mentorship to team members. 12. Act as the primary point of Contact with OEM Customers for Quality related matters. 13. Analytical & Problem solving Skills. 14. Proficient in Quality management/Technical software's & Tools. Preferred candidate profile
