Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions (8D analysis).
Prepare PPAP documents, MSA reports, SPC analysis sheets, APQP charts, and PFMEA templates.
Ensure timely completion of tasks by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with supplier.
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards.
Ensuring MTC/DATA Sheet as per the customer requirement.
Monitoring process performance of IQC, PQC, FQC.
Closer of Customer complaint within time frame.
Providing daily, weekly, monthly MIS to reporting officer.
Providing training and measure effectiveness of the training on shop floor
Execution of 5S, Kaizen in respective department.
