Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Belagavi for a Quality Manager in the Foundry Division. The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance within the foundry. This includes developing and implementing quality policies, conducting inspections, managing audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Quality Manager will work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Knowledge of casting processes, including molding, melting, and machining
• Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and testing of products
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the foundry industry is a MUST
