### *Job Title: Quality Manager – Garments Industry* *Location:* B Block, Sector 63, Noida *Industry:* Garments / Apparel Manufacturing *Experience Required:* Minimum 5 Years *Gender Preference:* Female *Salary:* ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month --- ### *Job Summary:* We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented *Quality Manager* to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the garments industry. She will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across all stages of production, ensuring that finished products meet both internal and client specifications. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures and policies. * Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final garments to ensure quality standards are met. * Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for timely resolution. * Monitor and analyze defect rates and suggest improvements in processes. * Conduct regular audits of production lines and ensure compliance with company standards. * Train and supervise the QA/QC team to maintain consistent quality across batches. * Liaise with buyers/clients for quality-related matters and ensure satisfaction. * Maintain documentation and records of quality checks and inspections. --- ### *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality management in the garments industry. * Strong understanding of garment construction, production processes, and quality standards. * Keen eye for detail with excellent problem-solving skills. * Good communication and leadership abilities. * Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and reporting. * Proficiency in MS Office and QA software. * Female candidates preferred for this position.
