Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and a strong background in quality management with expertise in the automobile industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure high-quality products.
Conduct defect analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
Execute new product launches and implement core tools such as 7QC, FTA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP.
Develop suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards.

Job Requirements

Graduate Engineer degree in any field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 7QC, FTA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP.
Experience working with customers including VW, BIQS, Toyota, MSIL, and Fiat.
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
