We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead the Quality function for our body-building and fabrication unit manufacturing trailers, tippers and tip trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC).
• Implement QMS, ARAI standards, and OEM quality requirements.
• Oversee in-process & final inspection for fabrication, welding, machining & painting.
• Ensure weld quality (WPS, PQR, NDT, distortion control).
• Reduce rejection & rework through RCA and CAPA.
• Manage supplier quality and incoming material inspection.
• Lead and train QC inspectors, welders, and fabrication teams.
Requirements:
• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production.
• 8–15 years in fabrication/automotive/heavy engineering QC.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, NDT, engineering drawings & inspection tools.
