Quality Manager

As a Lead Engineer Manager/ Quality Manager in Oil & Gas Fabrication and Pipe Spool Fabrication, your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting inspections according to the inspection and test plan for Pipe Spool Fabrication - Performing tasks such as material verification, fit-up checking, coating, and blasting inspections - Reviewing procedures for quality assurance - Assigning welding procedures and conducting welder training and qualification - Surveillance during welding and welding visual inspection - Radiography/AUT marking and radiography film reviewing and/or witnessing AUT - Repair checking and final clearance and certification through an online application In terms of required knowledge base, you should possess expertise in: - ASME B 31.3, Chapter V and VI - Common materials such as different grades of carbon steels, LTCS, NACE, stainless steels like 304, 304L, 316, 321, and 347, and LAS steels including P11, P22, P5, P9, and P91 - Welding consumables, welding procedure requirements, and welder qualification as per ASME Sec IX - Welding inspection and acceptance - NACE Level II and Level III for coatings - NDE Level II, PWHT, and hardness checking as per ASME B 31.3 - Radiography/UT/PT/MPT inspection as per ASME B 31.3 The ideal candidate for this role should be a Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience or a Diploma Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC functions of Refinery, Petrochemical, and Infrastructure projects.,
