Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager at our manufacturing unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality management systems, overseeing product inspection and testing processes, leading a team of quality control professionals, and analyzing quality data to drive continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will involve establishing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regularly updating quality procedures, and coordinating with production teams to address any quality issues promptly. You will also be responsible for mentoring and managing the quality control team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and preparing quality reports for senior management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, and proficiency in quality data analysis and reporting tools are essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this position. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during day shifts at our in-person work location.
