Job Description

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Department: Quality Assurance
Reports To: Quality Head

Key Responsibilities:

In-Process Inspection

Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process checks on CNC and conventional machines.
Verify critical dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, CMM, Height Gauge, etc.).
Ensure process parameters are maintained as per control plan.
Mark accepted parts and identify rejections or rework items clearly.

Final Inspection

Perform final inspection before dispatch to ensure all parts meet drawing and customer requirements.
Prepare final inspection reports and maintain traceability of measurement data.
Verify surface finish, visual appearance, and functional aspects of components.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, calibration records, and traceability documents.
Record and update daily rejection and inspection data in the system.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma / ITI / 10th / 12th / B.E
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 years of experience in a CNC machine shop or precision component manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
