Job Description

Hiring for Quality Inspector
Exp - 2- 7years
Location : Malumichampatti , Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

Perform final inspection, ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Conduct inward inspection of incoming raw materials and components.
Carry out in-process and line inspections during production to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Document findings and report non-conformities to the quality team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety protocols.
Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production or relevant field.
2-7 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of measurement instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
