Location: Coimbatore Department: Quality ControlEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CMM Operator to join our precision engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and validate components against engineering specifications. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities- Operate and program CMM equipment using software such as Zeiss Calypso, PC-DMIS, or equivalent - Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings- Perform dimensional inspections and validate tolerances using GD&T principles- Document and report inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformities- Maintain CMM machines to ensure optimal performance- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve quality issues- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inspection and measurement processes- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality protocolsQualifications & Skills- Diploma or BE ; Mechanical, Production, automobile- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CMMs in a manufacturing or quality control environment- Proficiency in CMM programming and use of manual measurement tools- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentPreferred Experience- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision machining industries

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
