Job Description

Job Objective:

To lead and manage the overall Quality function of the manufacturing unit, ensuring that products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. The Quality HOD is responsible for implementing a robust quality system and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and zero defect manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Strategy & Policy

Define and implement plant-wide quality policies and objectives.
Establish a culture of quality and compliance across the production floor.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, IATF, GMP, etc.).
Lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Monitor process adherence and perform regular process audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
