Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect Monthly MIS from each department and present it with the process owner in front of Top Management.
Prepare MRM with a six month frequency and discuss with Top Management.
To Verify PPAP documents, other documents prepared by a quality person.
Responsible for Customer Complaint and Its Closures, Customer audit, internal and external audit etc.
Maintain the respective combination & Relationship to all departments for better QMS implementation.
To prepare new procedures and formats as per QMS Requirement.
Making of quality standards for each & every component/material being produced or procured by the company.
Maintain the respective combination & Relationship to Customer and Handle the customer Complaint.
To Train and motivate the workers for maximum output.
MIS preparation and discussion with top management.
To take permanent countermeasure & fool proofing in the tooling to avoid repeated problem in the component
To conduct a monthly 5'S audit with top management.
Monitoring On time submission of CAPA to customer.
Approving Quality inspection report and quality documents.
