Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the organizations quality management framework, policies, and SOPs.
  
• Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function across multiple residential, commercial, and township projects.
  
• Align quality objectives with organizational goals and project requirements.
  

• Quality Planning & Compliance

• Develop project-specific Quality Plans in line with IS codes, NBC, and other applicable standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to avoid defects, delays, and rework.
  

• Quality Control & Assurance

• Monitor construction quality at all project stages (materials, workmanship, finishing).
  
• Approve vendors, materials, and contractors from a quality perspective.
  
• Conduct periodic audits, site inspections, and third-party testing.
  

• Customer & Stakeholder Focus

• Establish systems to address customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Work with architects, consultants, and project heads to maintain consistency in quality.
  

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Benchmark best practices in construction quality management.
  
• Drive adoption of modern construction technologies, digital quality monitoring tools, and automation.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as defect liability cost, rework percentage, and customer complaints to track improvement.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); M.Tech preferred.
  
• Certification in Quality Management / Six Sigma / ISO Lead Auditor will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of

  ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001

  standards preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC for large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  
• Experience in Grade A real estate developers is essential.
