Quality Head - Plant

Key Responsibilities :- Male Candidate Required From Maharashtra Location

• Strategy & Systems: Develop and implement quality systems (QMS) aligned with GMP, GLP, and regulatory norms (FDA, CDSCO).
• Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor QA/QC teams, setting department objectives and managing budgets.
• Operations Oversight: Supervise testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products; manage documentation, validations, and change controls.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to regulations, prepare for audits, and manage internal/external inspection readiness.
• Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues, implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to integrate quality into all processes.
• Reporting: Prepare quality reports and present quality performance to senior management.
• Revised schedule M :- Need to implement inline in factory departments within 1 year
• Smart and excellent skill person required who tackle all difficult situations

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Life Sciences/M.Sc. B.Sc.Chemistry background.
• Experience: 17 to 20 years of experience
• Technical: Deep knowledge of GMP, GLP, validation, analytical techniques (HPLC, GC).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
