Ensure product quality and compliance through effective systems, supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.
Product Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor in-line and final quality checks as per Quality Control Plan (QCP) and relevant SOPs. Ensure adherence to internal standards and customer specifications during manufacturing. Review inspection records and take corrective action on recurring non-conformities.
Quality System Implementation:
Develop and enforce Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and internal policy documents. Conduct periodic audits and track closure of NCs (Non-Conformities) through CAPA system. Maintain document control and version control as per the Document Management SOP.
Customer Complaint Handling:
Analyze customer complaints using root cause analysis (RCA) tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram). Coordinate cross-functional team reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Communicate resolution status to the customer and update Complaint Register as per SOP.
