Role Overview: As a Quality Manager in Sree Sakthi Group of Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within the organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality management systems, managing audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic quality plan aligned with company goals. - Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives across departments. - Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international standards. - Monitor and control quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and final product. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits. - Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards. - Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team. - Use data analysis tools to evaluate quality performance. - Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field). - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment. - In-depth knowledge of quality standards, industry regulations, and best practices. - Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
