Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head - Construction to lead our quality management initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, defect management, and QA & QC, with experience in conducting audits and inspections. Location Chennai Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management best practices.Develop and implement defect management strategies to minimize defects and improve overall quality.

Requirements

B. Tech or BE Civil degree from a recognized university.Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in quality management, defect management, and QA & QC.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards.Experience in conducting audits and inspections, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
