Quality Head - Construction

As a Quality Head - Construction, you will be responsible for leading quality management initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects. - Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols. - Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Providing training and guidance to team members on quality management best practices. - Developing and implementing defect management strategies to minimize defects and improve overall quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - B. Tech or BE Civil degree from a recognized university. - Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in quality management, defect management, and QA & QC. - Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards. - Experience in conducting audits and inspections, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions. In addition, as a Quality Head - Construction, you should possess key skills in audits & inspections, defect management, QA & QC, and quality management.
