As a Quality/ Sr. Quality Process Excellence in R Systems International Ltd, your role involves: - Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Contact Center, with at least 3 years in call quality function. - Proficiency in spoken and written English communication is essential. - Prior experience in process excellence, operational excellence, or transactional quality is required. - Exposure to Six Sigma techniques, preferably with one completed project. - Supervisory experience in the quality domain is advantageous. - Familiarity with transition or project management is a plus. - Additional exposure to MS Powerpoint, Visio, and Micro Strategy is beneficial.
