Job Overview:

We are urgently looking for a Quality Executive for our Warehouse based at Tirupur, below are the job responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each department and processes.
• Follow SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first time quality from each process.
• Develop MIS for quality measurement and recording quality.
• When established quality standards are there in a company they need to follow and control the factory quality standard.
• Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.

Job responsibilities in Pre-production & Warehouse area-

• Auditing only quality goods are accepted.
• Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
• Ensure that no faulty fabric is sent for cutting. If minor faults are present in the fabric, defects should be marked on the fabric and the same thing must be communicated to the cutting department.
• Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality.
• Conducting pre-production meetings before production starts.
• Warehouse Quality Control
• RTV / Shortage /rejection data
• Sample approval - like print approval , fit closer , quality approval of samples
• Care label approval
• Analysis of customer complaints data
• Conduct periodic awareness meeting with the warehouse qc team and monitor daily qc checking
• Maintain customer returns below 0.5%
• Maintain warehouse qc rejection
• Monitor daily qc rejection data and maintain correlation with daily sheet to software data.
• Need to be proactive & control daily qc operations
• Periodically Circulating defect images and data to the suppliers
• Knowledge in Excel and good communication skills.
• Able to handle individually and conduct various inspections right from fabric to final inspection
• Need to conduct physical & virtual final inspection

Job roles in Production-

• Perform inline inspection, pre-final audit and final inspection in the finishing department.
• Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer QA.
• Responsible for analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans.
• Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in the manufacturing process.

Desired Skills-

• Proven work experience as a Quality Executive.

• Must have completed graduation.

• Good Excel skills.

• Good Analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
