Quality Executive

As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily quality control and assurance activities within the manufacturing operations. Your primary duty will be to ensure compliance with ISO22000 and HACCP standards to safeguard food safety throughout the production process. Regular audits and inspections will be conducted to verify adherence to BRC standards and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with the production team, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key processes. In addition, providing training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices in food safety management will be essential to ensure a high level of quality control. You will be required to coordinate with external auditors for certifications and ensure the timely completion of all required audits. Investigating quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, preparing detailed reports on quality performance metrics and presenting findings to management for review will be part of your responsibilities.,
