Job Description

Position: Quality executiveIndustry: Food and Beverages (F&B)Location: Bommasandra Industrial Estate

Overview:We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality executive to ensure that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards while optimizing manufacturing processes. This role involves leading quality assurance initiatives, overseeing production processes, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Whietfield- 1 Opening
  • Oversee quality checks at all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI) and company quality policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Process Supervision:
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Train and mentor junior quality and production staff to uphold quality and process standards.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of quality checks, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, process improvements, and non-conformities.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive initiatives to improve product quality and streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.
  • Equipment & Resource Management:
  • Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and tools.
  • Manage quality-related inventory, including testing kits and raw material specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in quality assurance or process supervision in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
