Job Description

Ensure that products meet quality and performance standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Inspect and test products at various stages of production.
Identify defects and suggest corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related fields.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like FMEA, SPC, and control plans.
