Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Good to have skills : AWS Glue

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the testing process. By implementing quality processes and methodologies, you will drive quality across the application lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of testing are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Lambda Administration. Glue Athena, S3, Ec2, API gateway, OpenSearch database, RDS, Database, ALB, Cloud watch - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Lambda Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
