About the Role:

Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures across the production process.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage and support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, design, procurement) to resolve quality issues.
Monitor and analyze key quality indicators and metrics; prepare reports for management.
Lead supplier quality assessments and drive supplier improvement initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff and production operators on quality practices.
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
