We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer with a strong background in electronics to join our dynamic team.Job Description: As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will play a key role in identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and improving processes to enhance product reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections and tests on electronic components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality plans, and process control plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and R&D to resolve quality issues and implement improvements. Analyse data from quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conformities. Support the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and support to team members on quality-related topics and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, preferably in the electronics industry. Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, 8D, 7QC tools and root cause analysis. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronics (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC standards). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS). Proficiency in quality software tools and data analysis.
