Job Description

Key Responsibilities: PCB Testing: Perform functional testing on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Utilize testing equipment and tools to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues found during testing. Rework: Conduct rework on defective PCBs, including component replacement and modification as needed. Follow established procedures for rework to ensure compliance with company standards. Assembly: Assist in the assembly of electronic components onto PCBs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to assembly protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Soldering: Execute soldering tasks for both surface mount and through-hole components, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain proper soldering techniques to prevent defects and ensure reliability of the final product. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of testing, rework, and assembly processes. Report any discrepancies or issues to the production supervisor. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
