Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level position for recent engineering graduates, providing them with on-the-job training and practical experience in a company's engineering department. The role helps trainees develop their technical skills, gain industry exposure, and prepare for a full-time engineering role. There will MSME bond agreement for 1 yr as per act.
