Quality Engineer

Job Title: Production Line Quality Inspector – Electronic Toys Location: Kundli, Sonipat (Factory/Assembly Line) Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years Industry: Electronic Toy Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Production Line Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electronic toys meet our quality, safety, and regulatory standards before they reach our customers. Key Responsibilities: Inspection & Testing: Conduct in-line and final product checks for defects, functionality, and safety compliance. Process Monitoring: Oversee assembly processes to ensure adherence to internal quality guidelines. Defect Identification: Identify faulty wiring, incorrect assembly, or material flaws during production. Compliance Checks: Ensure products meet standards such as EN71, ASTM, ISO and other required certifications. Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection logs, testing reports, and records of corrective actions. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with production staff and engineers to resolve quality issues quickly. Final Approval: Accept or reject finished products based on set inspection criteria. Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and defect analysis . Familiarity with testing tools and electronic components . Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills. Problem-solving abilities to address manufacturing issues on the spot. Understanding of regulatory standards like EN71, ASTM, and ISO. Prior experience in toy manufacturing or electronics assembly line preferred.
