Providing training to the subordinates and their skill upgradation Process and Product Audit plan and Execution. Internal rejection analysis by using Red bin meeting. PrepareMISWeeklyandMonthlyBasistoReporttheQualityImprovementsandInitiativesTak en. Interacted with supplier regarding any quality related issue. Conducted Kaizen for Process and Quality. Production section and layout inspection according to control plan. Manage the Continuous Quality Training, assessment and Human factor of the staff. Carried out inspection as per Standard at every stage of production to minimize the errors and helped in continual improvement with in the organization. Problem Solving and Improvements Done. Suggested and Implemented the Corrective and Preventive Measure to eliminate the Root Cause. Prepare MSA and SPC Weekly and Monthly Basis to Report the Quality Improvements and Initiatives Taken. Responsible for Maintaining and Controlling of All Limit and Reference Samples used during Inspection. Active participation in New Development parts/Product. Closure of quality failure reports with action plan, root cause, countermeasure and implementation of POKA-YOKE Making FPA, Inprocess, Layout, PDI, OPL,WI Sheet,TestingReportslikeRPM,DropTest,TorqueTest,UTMTest,BurstingTesting,Balanci ngMachine etc. ERP Clearing, Bom Making IQC, PQC and OQC Report Preparing.
