Quality Engineer - Machine shop

Quality person, technical knowledge requirement details

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOUNDARY & MACHINE SHOP INDUSTRIES:

1. Minimum 4 to 8 years in aluminum casting foundry/ machine shop in the quality department

2. Strong knowledge in Gage, Measurement and Testing Equipment

3. Strong knowledge in Drawing and speciation, read and understand

4. Experience in Gravity Die Casting & Sandcasting process & new product Development

5. Experience in casting all kind of defects

6. Known about Line inspection, Layout inspection, Final inspection in casting and machining stage,

7. Process monitoring and report follow up / maintain record.

8. Production managing support, team co ordination .

9. Strong knowledge in geometrical tolerance standards and dimensions

10. Good communication & Identify the error, prepare correction action report

11. Experienced in Heat Treatment and Radio graphics, FPI Lap process.

12. Experienced in Spectro Chemistry Analysis

13. Experienced in handling individual Projects.

14. Experienced in Casting and Machining layout inspection.

15. Experience in Die & Core box & Pattern 3D model inspection against shrinkage allowance.

16. Die Raw material inward inspection + verification of supplier COC.

17. Die inspection verification with 3D scanning report.

18. Preparing the Process flow & PFMEA & Control plan & Process data sheet with CFT team Members

19. Strong knowledge in quality standards .
