Job Descriptions
Ø Internal rejection analysis daily basis & Route cause analysis
Ø Analysis of inprocess rejections through 8D & 7QC Tools.
Ø Monthly quality performance presentation PPT prepare
Ø Defect eliminate through poka yoke implementation
Ø Quality cost saving through kaizan.Ø PPAP document preparing through engineering change,4m change
Ø Quality management system planning
Ø Reviewing documents, procedures and making changes as necessary.
Ø Responsibile in Inward Inspection, In-process & Final inspection.
Ø Customer Handling
Ø In-process quality inspections
Ø Ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
Ø Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Ø Internal rejection analysis daily basis & Route cause analysis
Ø Supplier audit
Ø Utilization of QC tools to control and identify problems.
