Hiring: Quality Engineer

Location: Prashanti Nagar, Hyderabad
Experience: 2 to 4 Years

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, documentation, and customer/production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process, final inspection, and quality checks for aerospace components.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, CAPA, and documentation.
• Handle measurement instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM (basic knowledge preferred).
• Coordinate with production, design, and customer teams for quality-related concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of aerospace machining/assembly processes.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Experience with quality tools: 5 Why, Fishbone, PPAP, FAI, MSA.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
