We Are Hiring – Purchase Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering (Turbine / Mechanical preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of raw materials, tools, components, and engineering items
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchases
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores teams for requirement planning
• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and pricing history
• Ensure material quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning
• Resolve vendor issues regarding quality, delivery, and price
• Support cost reduction initiatives and vendor development activities

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
• 1–3 years experience in Purchase/Procurement (preferably manufacturing industry)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills
• Knowledge of ERP / Excel / Purchase documentation
• Ability to handle multiple suppliers and tight timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,997.09 per month
