Procurement, making PO, understanding on requisition, cost control, vendor development, negotiation skill, dispatch follow up.
Research suppliers: Find reliable suppliers to meet the organization's needs
Negotiate contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
Manage orders: Track orders and ensure they are delivered on time
Manage inventory: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the supply chain is reliable and high quality
Ensure compliance: Ensure that purchasing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Collaborate with other departments: Work with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements
HVAC industry experience is preferred
