Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and ensure adherence to Quality Control Plans & SOPs across project sites.
Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits as per approved checklists and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans).
Review and update QA/QC procedures, work instructions, and documentation for adequacy.
Maintain and ensure availability of relevant codes, standards, and specifications at site.
Monitor test results, material quality, and construction workmanship and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate with site execution teams to close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and compliance with project/client requirements.
