Quality Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior QA Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products through manual, functional, and performance testing. You will play a crucial role in validating the performance, usability, and reliability of web and mobile applications. Your deep understanding of QA best practices in Agile environments will be essential in maintaining high QA standards throughout the SDLC. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual and functional testing of web and mobile applications to validate performance, usability, and reliability. - Design, document, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports. - Conduct performance testing to assess system speed, scalability, and stability under load. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve defects. - Execute regression, integration, and user acceptance (UAT) testing across releases. - Support and contribute to automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Maintain high QA standards and ensure product quality through the entire SDLC. Qualification Required: - Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, UAT) - Functional Testing & Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner) - Test Case Design, Execution & Reporting - Test Management Tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) - SDLC / STLC / Agile Methodologies - Strong Analytical, Documentation & Communication Skills Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have experience in automation testing with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions will be beneficial. Possessing an ISTQB Certification is preferred for this role.,
