Job Description

We are currently looking for Quality Engineer - Incoming Quality Incharge for Leading Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry, Please find below JD for reference.

Qualification

: Diploma or BE in Mechanical (Exp. in Mechanical Work will be considered).On-Roll Job6 Days WorkingShift Timings: 9 AM to 6:30 PMCanteen & Transportation will be provided from company end.

Job Profile / Responsibility

Minimum exp for Nature of Work:1. Knowledge of Sheet Metal, Raw material, Machining component & All types of fasteners2. Knowledge of DIN, ISO, IS, EN Standard for Raw material & fasteners. 3. Knowledge of 7 QC tools, 5S, Control plan, CAPA analysis and PDCA4. Knowledge of all Types measuring instrument like, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, filler Gauge, plug gauge , etc..5. Knowledge of documentations, requirement of types of documents Require with different types of material like Test certificate, COC, Inspection report , CE certificate , DB certificates.

Job Profile / Responsibility:

1. Daily Meeting with team2. Inspection of incoming materials and components 3. Rejection of non-conforming materials4. Documentation of inspection results.5. Communication with purchase team for escalate issues regarding rejection & improvement.6. Communication with planning team & design team for new component & material received at incoming stage. 7. Identification of opportunities for improvement in incoming stage & area of work.8. Lead team and maintain team discipline.9. Workload distribution and follow up.10.
