Monitor and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship across all construction activities including structural and finishing work. Supervise RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) plant operationsmix design verification, cube testing, batching process, and consistency checks. Conduct on-site and off-site material testing (cement, sand, aggregates, steel, concrete) in accordance with IS codes and project specifications. Ensure compliance with project QA/QC plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Maintain all QA/QC documentation such as test reports, inspection records, checklists, and NCRs. Coordinate with site engineers, labs, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality adherence and resolution of quality-related issues. Carry out audits and participate in snagging/de-snagging processes during handover stages. Report any deviations from quality standards and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
