Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure
product quality
post-production and prior to market dispatch.
Continuously
improve product and process quality
through data-driven analysis.
Apply
quality tools
such as
7QC, SPC, MSA, FMEA
, and other statistical methods.
Handle
market complaints
, manage
product performance monitoring
,
4M changes
, and
calibration
processes.
Take initiative in
new product quality planning
and
process implementation
.
Conduct
process and product audits
at
OEMs
and
raw material vendor locations
.
Maintain
ISO documentation
, internal quality reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Execute
final product audits
as per
design specifications
,
IS safety standards
, and
legal guidelines
.
Prepare and manage
PPAP
and
APQP
documentation and submissions.
Oversee
BLDC motor quality assurance
and assist in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma
in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
.
Minimum
5+ years
of experience in
Quality Assurance
within
fan, motor, or electrical appliance manufacturing
.
Hands-on experience with
ISO systems
,
FMEA
,
SPC
, and
MSA
.
Strong understanding of
PPAP
,
APQP
, and other automotive or electrical quality standards.
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in
BLDC motor
manufacturing will be an added advantage.
